I was introduced to Bowen Therapy by a friend many years ago to help balance my body during menopause and injuries along the pathway of life. I found it so beneficial I decided to learn this technique myself a few years ago.
My background is as a Registered Nurse and I have specialized in Mental Health for many decades; so I also provide talking therapy. With my work in trauma I realised that at times settling the body can be helpful before or alongside the psychological healing process. No surprise really when the research shows every cell in our body holds memory!
