I’m a Bowen therapist and Health Coach. I have a small clinic in Levin where I've been practising Bowen since 2018 and coaching my clients about health and wellness.
I love what I do - working with people from all walks of life with all kinds of hurdles. People like you and me. You might be feeling exhausted from chronic pain, recovering from an injury or need a little self-care to live a healthier / happier life.
Community is very important to me. My role in our community is to support you to take back the power over your own health.
