My back ground is in competitive equestrian sports, and I have found much relief from pain (some of it was chronic) and discomfort, experiencing greater ease through Bowen therapy. This has led me to become a Bowen Practitioner.
In 2009 I started my journey with Bowen therapy and this is an excellent fit for my passion for health and wellbeing.
I love how Bowen Therapy can assist people to get back into balance in such a gentle and holistic way, tapping into the body's innate healing mechanism.
I am passionate about what Bowen Therapy can do for people, addressing the entire balance of the body as well as targeting specific conditions, alleviating pain, illness and trauma.
My special interest is the mind body connection.
